Today I was fishing with Don Shelnutt and his brother David and Cary Moody. We caught over 100 fish and they kept 65 to clean. David was on a cigar break during the picture. He caught so many fish he had to relax with a big cigar under a shade tree because it was so hot.
Today I was fishing with John Watson. It was catch and release day he caught 130 crappie and kept his limit. We slowed trolled the river channels in 16 to 18 ft deep using minnows. We fished brush and channel drops in current in the upriver area.
Today I was fishing with Frank Walker and Oliver Magee. It was a hot day. We were slow trolling and they caught a limit of summer time crappie.

Today I fished with Jamie Kinkade and his son Jamie Jr. We caught over 60 fish and kept 53. It was hot and jet skis were everywhere but we still had a great day.

Today I fished with Laurel Havens his dad Don and daughter Lauren from Muskogee, Ok. We fished river channels to catch 60 fish in 4 hrs. We had a fun day even when it got hot
Today I was fun fishing and looking for new places on the river. I caught over 140 fish and used 32 doz. minnows. I started at 6 and quit at 5. It was a long hot day. The water temp was 84 degrees.
Today was day 2 with Greg and Dan. We spent 5 hours slow trolling in deep water on the river channel to catch another 100 fish. They kept there limit to carry back to Florida. We had a great time, they learned to spider rig, and was doing a great job. See you in the fall!
