Today my guest was Leroy and his brother Walter longline trolling river channels to catch 55 big crappie.

Today I fished with Leroy and his brother Tom longline trolling and caught 60 nice crappie.

Today my guest was Ricky Webster. We slowed trolled to catch a limit of summer time crappie.

Today my guest was Mike Todd and his buddy Larry Reed. we caught a limit of good crappie slow trolling in deep water.

Today my guest was Buddy Brueck. It was a catch and release day. We caught some good crappie and big bass. It was a fun half day. The fish were deep and on the bottom.

Today was a catch and release day with Leroy McVeigh. We set up his new Ranger boat…What a nice boat!

Today I was on Weiss lake with Jim Hunt, Randy Ellis, & Rick Bottom. We longlined trolled in 8 to 10 ft of water and caught over 150 fish. We had 52 keepers. It was cold and windy (15 to 20 miles per hr). It was still a fun day on the water.

My knee replacement surgery was a great success. I’m getting around great and I am back on the water. Starting immediately I am able to begin taking guide trips again. Give me a call and we’ll go catch some summertime crappie.
