Today I was fun fishing and looking for new places on the river. I caught over 140 fish and used 32 doz. minnows. I started at 6 and quit at 5. It was a long hot day. The water temp was 84 degrees.

Today my guest was Buddy Brueck. We slowed trolled in deep water to catch 96 fish. He kept 20 to clean and eat. It was hot but we had a great time as always.

Today I fished Logan Martin Lake. It was a great day. I caught 74 big fish long line trolling with jiffy jigs in 10 to 12 feet of water. I was just fishing by myself and didn’t keep any fish, but I took some pictures. The water was stained 47 degrees.

Today I was on Logan Martin Lake fishing. The water is cold and stained. It has gone down 5 feet since the rain flood gates are still running but I managed to catch 27 big crappie, 10 bass and 5 stripes longline trolling in 12 to 14 ft. They are not holding on cover. They are just suspended over open water.

Today I was on Logan Martin just fun fishing. The bite is a little slow but the big fish are still biting. Water temp is 46 degrees and muddy.

Today I was on Logan Martin Lake just checking for new places. I found several and caught a lot of fish. They are still biting with the water temp at 49.0 degrees. Released all the fish and took a couple pics of the quality of fish.

Today I was on Logan Martin Lake just fun fishing. Temp was 26 degrees, but the fish are still biting. They are good fish between 1 lb. and 1 1/2. They aren’t real big fish but a lot of solid fish. 2 turbines are running so it is hard to fish the river channels where the water temps is still around 50

Today I was back on Logan Martin just having fun and caught some big crappie. By the end of day, I had over 50 fish. I released them for another day. Water temp is 54 degrees and down about 3.5 feet. Fall fishing is really getting good
