Just checking new places. The fish are still biting, slow trolling is the way to catch these fall fish. 20 to 28 feet deep using 1.5 oz. weights on the lower end of lake seems to be the best.

The Crappie Masters Classic was last week. The fishing was tough. Were a lot of big fish but no one could catch many. Out of 191 teams in two days only 7 teams weighted in 7 fish a day. Most teams caught 2 to 4 fish. It was won pulling crank baits.
